What payment methods do you accept? 

You can pay with your debit or credit card through Pay U or Paypal as well as with your PayPal account.

What currency is used online?

No matter where you are browsing From, prices will be shown in USD.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we do. No matter where you are we will make sure to deliver your favorite Asaiia pieces to your doorstep.

Do I have to pay duties/custom fees when I recieve my package?

We ship from Colombia, so if you are an international customer, you are responsible for customs & duties within your own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. 

Your order will usually be retained in customs upon arrival in your country, waiting for the importer (you) to comply with the payment of duties and taxes. Asaiia will not be made responsible for the payment of these costs. 

In case you decide not to comply with the payments of said tariffs and reject the package, this will incur in a penalty fee of 50€ (from the costs of returning the goods to origin) that Asaiia will subtract from your refund.

In What Time Frame Will My Order Be Delivered?

The following are the expected transit times which are different to expected delivery times as delivery times may be affected by the customs/duties processes in different countries and the time it takes for the client to pay the corresponding fees. Such can delay the delivery of the package.

Miami: 3-4 business days

Rest of USA: 4-5 business days

Central & South America: 5-6 business days

Europe: 6-8 business days

Asia: 7-8 business days

Rest of World: 8-9 business days

How can I know if my order was processed correctly?

Thank you for your order! Shortly after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number and purchase details.   

If you do not receive this email 24 hours, after making your purchase, please check your spam folder. If it is not there, most likely there was an error in the email address provided. In this case, please contact our Customer Service team through the contact page, email: info@asaiia.com or WhatsApp: +(34) 660-89-1932 so we can help you resolve your problem. 

Please note that orders are shipped 1-2 business days after purchase, except for orders placed over the weekend or holidays. In those cases, orders are processed during the next business day. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification along with the information necessary to track your order. 

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification along with the information necessary to track your order. Access this email and check the delivery status. Normally, this email will have a link that redirects you to the website of the transportation company, where you will be able to see the updated status of your order.

Help! I have a problem with my order.

There is nothing to worry about. For purchase related issues, for example: order status, changes in the delivery address, errors when placing the order, wrong products, defective items, partial deliveries, etc., please contact our Customer Service team through the contact page, email: info@asaiia.com or WhatsApp: +(34) 660-89-1932 so we can help you resolve your problem. 

Please note that once your order has left our warehouse, we cannot guarantee a change of delivery address. Should you wish to do so, this change can be taken care of only if it is requested and processed before your order has been shipped.

How can I use my coupon code?

When you’re ready to checkout and are looking at the items in your cart, click proceed to checkout. You will then have the option to add your discount code or promo code to your order. Please note, only one discount code can be redeemed per order.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes, we offer FREE returns and exchange. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days after receiving your items to return your items.

Have you received my return?

As soon as we receive your return back into our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process your return and your accounts to be credited.
