Shipping Policy

It is understood that when buying any of our products the customer accepts the terms, conditions and delivery policies specified below:

- We offer free worldwide shipping.

- Standard orders are usually processed between 3 - 5 business days. However, please note we are not responsible for delivery arrival times/dates once your order ships, as customs can hang on to your package for reasons beyond our control.

- There may be duties and taxes imposed on your order that aren’t reflected in our prices and that are not included in our free shipping policy. Check with your local Customs office for those charges, Asaiia does not cover these.

- A signature may be required upon delivery. Please note that we are unable to change your delivery address once the order has been processed.

- Deliveries will be made to the address indicated by the User. The validity of it is your sole responsibility. If your order is sent back by the shipping company for failure to deliver or incorrect address, you are responsible to pay for re-shipping.

- Most orders cannot be cancelled after they have been confirmed through our website. As soon as we process your order and your package has left, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number. If you’re having trouble with your order or find that your order order is taking longer than expected, please don’t hesitate to contact us at contactasaiia@gmail.com.

- If you are based in the EU, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order provided you give us written notice. Notice can be given any time after your order has been placed up until 15 working days from the day after you receive you order. We will issue you with a full refund excluding the return shipping costs. Please note that in this case you will need to return the complete order to us. Please secure proper packaging for shipping, as it is your responsibility that your order reaches us in good condition. We recommend retaining a proof of shipment from your postal service in case of disputes. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost.

- Asaiia is constantly working to improve the quality and costs of deliveries, for this reason, these costs and shipping policies are subjected to change without previous notice.
